“The educational institutes should not only educate the people but also should cater for the needs of the society. They should make the expertise available to the society to solve various problems. In fact it is a social responsibility of the institution. Hence VPM’s B.N.Bandodkar College has made consultancy services available to students, people, industries, government organization and NGOS other institution guidance is provided to the school students in their project for competition/ participation congress etc. as well as research students from other institution are also provided with consultancy by one expert- staff. The consultancy to students is usually free of cost. For institution, and other organization there are optimum consultancy charges. Since 2002 people from various fields have utilized this facility. We have expert in Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Environmental Science, Physics, Statistics, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Microbiologyand Biochemistry who are willing to provide the benefits of their expertise .
