The conference will be held on Saturday, 5th January, 2008 at Thorale Bajirao Peshwe Sabhagruha, Thane College Campus, Thane (W) -, Maharashtra. The venue provides ample presentation facilities for the conduct of the sessions in an air-conditioned Conference Hall with modern facilities with a capacity of 300.

The Conference Hall is situated on the Central Railway, about 35 Kms to the north of Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai. The nearest airport is at Mumbai, which is about 25 Kms from the institute.
