1.	Dr. P. M. Kelkar Director	Dr. Prabhakar M. Kelkar, B.Sc. Tech., M.Sc. Tech., Ph. D. Tech. is a rank holder from Mumbai University and a post graduate from University Department of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. He has done doctorate in Medicinal Chemistry from the Central Drugs Research Institute, Lukhnow wherein he worked on synthesis of potential anti-fertility and CNS acting drugs and synthesized several new chemical entities (NCEs). He has 29 years of rich and varied industrial experience mainly in the areas of Pharma R&D, Quality Assurance, Licensing, Safety /Health/Environment & TQM. He was served with distinction in R & D management position at Ciba-Geigy & Roche Products. Thereafter, he worked with Johnson & Johnson India Ltd. in various managerial capacities in Research, QA, Safety/Health/Environment & Total Quality Management. He was instrumental in setting up QA & GMP standards at a world-class J & J plant in Aurangabad. He was the Team Leader for business assessment of J & J cos. In Asia- Pacific region. He guided QA activities of 13 countries in AP & contributed to making them world class, Quality based companies. He has been a member of Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Academic Council of Mumbai University & examiner for Ph. D. He is keen on imparting industrial outlook to management education.

Dr.Guruprasad Murthy Director General	M.Com, Ph.D., LI.M (Criminal Law); Graduate of International Center for the Advancement of Management Institute (Stanford, USA); Associate Member of Certified Fraud Examiners (USA) Work Experience: He was the Director, Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai, Also the Principal, R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics. He worked for Emirates Airlines, Dubai. An eminent management expert and noted authority in Finance and Accounting, Dr. Murthy is a well known author, research guide, teacher and management consultant to several public and private sector organizations, including the World Bank, all over the World. He is a prolific writer and has several books and research papers to his credit. He has won several national and international awards for his contribution to management from time to time.
