Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking
Forms will be available from 9th June 2009
Duly filled in forms should be submitted online to college office along with fees on or before 7th July 2009.
Office time 9.30 am To 12.30 pm

the online admission form.

I ) Instructions :
- Please complete the form appearing on the page after you
click the " I Agree " button. All fields marked with *
are compulsory.
- After verifying that you have filled the form correctly and
fully, click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom. Please submit a form only
once.
- Printout the summary page presented to you on the next screen
after clicking 'Submit' button.
- Bring the printout to the college for document scrutiny &
submission with attested copies of all necessary documents as per list below.
- This form will be considered for admission only if
you have submitted the printout along with necessary document copies.
IV ) Attachments :
- Attested Photocopy copy of Degree / Post Graduation Mark Sheet
- Employee Certificate in case of working candidates
- Attested Photocopy copies of any other relevant documents
1. I shall maintain 90% attendance for both theory and practical
sessions.
2. I shall complete all the assignments given during the course from time to
time.
3. I shall complete the project under the guidance of allocated teacher before
the final examination.
4. I shall always wear the identity card and maintain discipline and decorum
of the college.
5. I shall abide by all the rules and regulations of the VPM meant for autonomous
courses.
