I ) Instructions :
- Please complete the form appearing on the page after you
click the " I Agree " button fully. All fields marked with
* are compulsory.
- After verifying that you have filled the form correctly and
fully, click on the submit button at the bottom to submit the form. Please
submit a form only once.
- Printout the summary page presented to you on the next screen
after clicking submit button.
- Bring the printout to the college for document scrutiny &
submission with necessary documents as per list below.
- Prospectus will be issued at the time of submission of the
form and document at the college.
- Processing fees of Rs. 50/- to be paid at the time of submission
of this form.
- This form will be considered for admission only if
you have submitted the printout along with necessary document copies AND paid
the processing fees.
II ) Documents :
- Xerox copy - Graduation statement & Marks
- 3 passport size Photographs
