Inaugural function : Report

Inaugural function of the Mathematics club ‘ Siddhant ” for the academic year 2008-2009 was arranged on 1^st September 08 at 1.00 pm. Mr. Mandar Khasnis Lecturer ( Mathematics Dept, C.H.M. College) was invited as a Chief guest to inaugurate the club “ Siddhant ”. On this occasion, Mr. Khasnis delivered a talk on “Origami’’.

I/C Principal Dr.Mrs. Pejaver madam, Vice Principal Mrs. Akolkar madam, Heads of the various departments, teaching & non teaching staff of the college were present for the inaugural function.

F.Y.B.Sc, S.Y.B.Sc,& T.Y.B.Sc students attended the lecture in large number. Outstanding students from T.Y.B.Sc Mathematics Ms. Tejashree Shinde & Ashwini Kanhurkar were felicitated on this occasion. Ms.Umalaxmi Birajdar, who stood 2^nd in the University. T.Y.B.Sc. Mathematics merit list was also felicited. All T.Y.B.Sc Mathematics students 7 club members took lots of efforts to make the program a grand success.
