• Developed various laboratories for Electronics, Instrumentation and Computer Engg. Departments at the institute.
• Developed Information Technology Centre for conducting short term certificate courses and advanced diploma programmes to cater to the needs of computer training for the local students since 1987.
• Organized regular programmes of Career Guidance, Personality Development, IT Exhibitions for students of polytechnic in addition to quality teaching.
  Conducted National Seminars on the topics 'Pollution of Water Bodies in the Urban Areas' and 'Alternative Energy Sources'.
• Received Appreciation Award for Vocational Excellence on Engineer's Day 15th September 2006 from rotary Club of Thane North End.
• Received "Rashtriya Vidya Saraswati Puraskar" on Wednesday the 11th April 2007 from International Institute for Education and Management (IIEM), New Delhi in recognition of Outstanding Achievements in Technician Education.
