Parent-Teacher Association

Junior College  

The Parent – Teacher Association (Junior College) proved to be a fruitful link between the parents & teachers in order to keep track of the academic performance as well as the behavior of the students' in the college campus.

The first meeting was held in the month of August 2008. The response of the parents in the very first meeting was overwhelming. In this meeting the academic record of the students was made available by the result committee, the attendance record was similarly  provided. The examination pattern was explained.

Parents were keen to know about the performance or their wards in the first Unit Test as well as their attendance.

The most important aspect of the association was the creation of an awareness amongst the parents about their children’s behavioral graph.

Four representatives from the parents were selected two each from Arts & Commerce faculty.

The PTA was led by Ms. Chhaya B. Kore being the Chairperson and assisted by Ms. Bhavana Pawar.
