Achievements Of Degree College. :-
CHESS TOURNAMENTS :- For this academic year Gymkhana and sports academy started with the
Event “Inter collegiate Mumbai –University Zone – III Chess tournaments 2012 – 2013 jointly organised by our college and Mumbai –University held on 26th ,27th and 28th July 2012. 44 colleges
had sent their entries 34 – colleges participated in this tournament.
Badminton :- Our College girls team won silver medal in Mumbai – University Inter College Girls
Badminton tournament held in the month of Aug-2012 at Sports Pavillion.
Our College Boys team won the Bronze medal in Mumbai – University Inter College Boys Badminton
tournament held in the month of Aug – 2012 at Sports Pavillion.
Sanket Shirbhate of M.Com – I , won bronze medal in Individual Badminton Champion- Ship in Mumbai-University Inter collegiate Badminton tournament. He also played semi-finals at Senior State Badminton Champion-ship at Aurangabad ,held on 14th to 18th July 2012.
Purushotam Awate of F.Y.B.A was qualified for the main draw at the Sushant Chipalkatti Memorial Junior International Badminton Champion ship held at Pune in 5th to 9th Sept -2012.He played at the All –India Junior ranking Badminton Tournament held at Ernakulam –Kerala held from 2nd to 7th July 2012.He also participated in the under 19 Boys single event at the All India Junior ranking Badminton
Tournament held at Hyderabad from 1st to 6th Aug -2012, also Participated in Maharashtra Junior Inter – District and State Badminton Champion ship 2012 held at Nagpur held from 10th to 16th Sept 2012.
Water polo .:- Mandar Bhoir secured 2nd place at Senior state Aquatics Champion-ship 2012-2013
(water-polo ) held at Aurangabad from 2nd to 4th sept 2012. He represented Mumbai-University at
All – India Inter University Aquatic Championship (water – polo) 2012-2013 held at Kolkata from 3rd Oct -7th Oct 2012 . Mumbai University secured SECOND place lost against Kolkata University in the finals.
Gymnastic Boys :- Nishad Thakar of TYBCOM won 3rd place in Äll round intercollegiate Mumbai-University Gymnastic competition ,he won Bronze medal in Apparatus - eonnel horse and Gold Medal in Apparatus – Table Vault .He is selected to represent Mumbai – University in All India University Tournament .
Gymnastic Girls :- Pranali Mandovkar won silver medal in Apparatus Balancing Beam and secured
4th place in All – round inter collegiate Mumbai – University gymnastic competition.
Athletics :-
Girls :- Savni Kabre of F.Y.B.A won silver medal in CROSS COUNTRY inter collegiate Mumbai – University Competition and represented Mumbai – University in All India University held at Nagpur on 5th and 7th Oct .She won silver medal in Inter-State Competition(3000mtrs) held at Nagpur 13th to 16th Oct. Secured 4th place in 3000 and 1500 mtr running event at state level ITC competition held at Balewadi Pune from 16th to 20th June – 2012.
Krutika Lad of F.Y.B.Com secured 2nd place in Tripple jump and 3rd place in Hurdles at Inter State Competition held at Nagpur from 13th to 16th oct .
Boys :- Amit Pawar of S.Y.B.Com won Silver medal in State level Under 20 Junior Selection Atheletic Championship held at Pune in Long – Jump(6.55m). Participated in Junior National selection tournaments ,won Gold medal in National Junior Athletic competition under – 20 held at Nagpur from 14th to 16th Oct – 2012.
Nikhil Narayan Sarnabat of F.Y.B.A secured 6th place in Boys under -20 National Junior Athletic Championship held at Pune ,won 3rd place in 24th West Zone Champion ship held at Pune.
He won First place in Maharashtra state athletic championship held at Pune in the month of June.
He won first place in Thane District Athletic Meet at Bhoisar .

Athletic :-
In Athletic 4*400 mtrs relay our college secured first place in Thane T.M.C inter Jr.College Athletic meet held at SAI Sports complex Kandivali Mumbai held on 18th and 19th Oct 2012.
Manali Kanade of Junior college won Gold Medal in Shot-Put and Discuss throw.
Badminton :-Our College Badminton team won Gold medal at Thane TMC dist inter Jr. Collegiate Badminton tournament held at Dadoji Konddev Stadium on 9th sept 2012.
Our college also won the Gold medal in Mahila open Badminton tournament held at Dombivali Gymkhana on 3rd Oct 2012 our team represented Thane District for state level Badminton open Mahila tournament .
Our Junior Girls Badminton team won the silver medal at Mumbai divisional inter junior collegiate Badminton girls tournament held at Goregaon sports club on 19th Oct .
