Activities (2010-2011)

 

Manish Parab chess player is selected for selection trial at Mumbai University chess team.

 

On 5th August

Played 5 – Matches Ms. Madhumati Bakshi Won- Quarter Final with Sydneham College and Played Semi final with MCC at Mumbai University Inter collegiate table-Tennis tournament for the academic year 2010-2011.

 

On 13th August

Sports academy of our college organised lecture on Adventures Sports "Mountaineering and Rock Climbing" by Shree. Chatrapati Award Winner Mr. Pradeep Kelkar.

 

On 28th and 29th August

Adventures programme "Rapling and River Crossing" was oraganised in the college campus by Outdoor adventures group thane organiser Shree. Chatrapati Award Winner Mr. Pradeep Kelkar.

 

On 4th Sept. 2010

---> Intercollegiate Best Physique competition for  men was jointly  organized by our college & university of Mumbai  on  4th Sept-2010. Eight students of our college participated in this event in various weight groups. Darashan D. Keni won silver medal in 65 kg. weight group. Pagare Sumit Kumar- Secured 7th position in 65 kg weight group, Milind Pawar secure 7th position in 70 kg. weight group, Pradeep Taktode secured 5th postion in 75 kg weight goup.

 

On 7th Sept 2010

Thane district inter Junior collegiate Badminton tournament 2010-2011 organized by district sports office held at Dadaji Kondev sports stadium on 7th Sept 2010. Our college girl’s team won this tournament
