The village Velneshwar is located about 60 kilometers from Chiplun which is a major railway station of konkan railway. The arrangements from Chiplun railway station to conference venue will be provided by the conference organizers. The participants must book their rail journey in advance and communicate the time of arrival at Chiplun to the organizers atleast 2 weeks in advance.

Road journey can be undertaken from major cities in Maharashtra like Mumbai, Pune and Thane. Both the state Transport Service and private players provide a bus service to reach the venue of the conference.

Organisers will arrange bus transport for pre-registered delegates. Bus will leave from Thane College campus on Thursday, 18th September 2014 at 9 am.

Bus for return journey will leave from conference venue on Monday, 22nd September 2014 at 9 am.

Charges for bus journey (return travel) are Rs. 1,500/- including breakfast and lunch.
