Events / Festivals:

'NAVRANG ' Festival is a special occasion eagerly awaited by one and all .It is full of fun and frolic. The College provides ample opportunities to all the students to exhibit and develop their talent by way of conducting various cultural programmes and inter class competitions; and what a better way to promote culture than 'NAVRANG' Festival.

An event soaked in rich culture, tradition, literary spirit and intense competition for superiority in various fields. The 'NAVRANG' schedule is spread over five days and includes all kinds of literary and cultural events , competitive of otherwise. Ranging from debated, quizzes, music, dance, to antakshari . 'NAVRANG' includes wider participation of students on the college campus. About 800 students of the degree and junior college actively participate in the total of 22 events and a mob of 4000 students witnesses all the programmes.

NAVRANG includes a food festival for 4 days. A delicious range of edibles from the mouth -watering sweets to the hottest bhelpuris can be tested. All the events and competitions in 'NAVRANG' are really intence and these programs are a sincere efforts to revive the rich heritage of this country. This serves as a perfect means to full the cup of cultural activities in Joshi-Bedekar College.

'NAVRANG' has stood for all that Joshi-Bedekar College itself stands for the fostering of the cultural, literary and competive spirit in all. 'NAVRANG' is something whose spirit cannot be captured in mere words. It has to be felt. It is just what its name suggests the colourful gathering of students' enjoyments.
